katrice contacted me regarding a family session towards the end of last year. she went into a beautiful written message about how she was a photographer and wanted to not only document her daughter, but her parents and specifically the relationship her daughter, leah, has with her dad. to sum up, the email gave me goose bumps as i read. she also went on to explain that the house she currently lived in had been in their family for many generations, and it lived up to all the thoughts that go through your head when you think of heirlooms. it was filled with so much character and story, i was in love.
my absolute favorite part of our time together was all the smiles. watching leah light up and burst with happiness and seeing the family just be. it all made my job very, very easy!
