another year behind us, how does that happen so fast?! 2017 included a lot of fun sessions comprised of a handful of weddings (which i may share some highlights from in the future), new families, repeat families, senior sessions, morning routines, an in hospital session and a few others in between. it was great and i am so fortunate that even though my sharing of my work (and hustle) lacked this past year, i was still able to create images with amazing people.
as you may know by now, i always gravitate towards the images that are completely unplanned and unposed. i strive to capture real, in between moments that may not make your jaw drop at that moment, but to the people in them, tell a wonderful story of what their life looks like at that moment. as the saying goes, perfectly imperfect! below you will find a few of my favorites from a couple sessions i took this last year.
one thing i have learned and know from my own experience is we now live in a world where time always feels lacking. not enough time to do all that we want in a day or even time for the mundane.. i get it. i am right there with you. so going into 2018, i have decided to restructure my sessions a bit to make them easier to work with your lives and families schedules. you can view more of the info here, but to sum up, i will be offering 2 options; a simple session (short + sweet) and a complete session (more time to create).
i will still be taking a few weddings each year, day in the life, senior sessions and i am of course always open to new, creative ideas!
